    Acceptance

    By using getmanaged.it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes.

    Service description

    getmanaged.it provides a managed security service that bundles NordLayer, NordPass, SentinelOne, and Scalefusion. We deploy, configure, and monitor these tools on your behalf. The service is operated by BlueGrid.io.

    Payment terms

    Pricing is per seat per month, billed monthly or annually. Prices are listed in USD and EUR. Volume discounts apply for teams of 25+ and 50+ seats. Additional seats added mid-cycle are prorated.

    Cancellation

    You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. We will export your configuration data upon request so you are never locked in.

    Limitation of liability

    Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

    Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Belgrade, Serbia.
